Combining her lifelong passion for baking and graphic design skills, Reina Parekh-Reyes started her baking business to fill a niche gap in the Japanese sweets market. A trailblazer in the sculptural cakes space, Reina's journey began in 2015 when she baked her first floral buttercream cake for her mother's birthday. A lifelong learner, Reina honed her skills through a mixed medium of YouTube videos and professional certification at the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts.
